What is the minimum order? |

For existing Customers: No minimum order is required.
For new Customers: A $200.00 minimum first order is required. A $10.00 process fee will be applied for orders falling under $200.00. |

How do I pay for the order? |
|
Net 30 Days is provided for existing customers, For new accounts, Credit Card is required or special Terms.
We also accept the following Credit Cards: VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER We do NOT accept American Express
Other payment methods can include: Company Check, Money orders, or Cashier´s Checks. Personal checks will not be accepted

How do I set up account? |

* Please note, High Shine Inc is a wholesale company and is strictly limited to selling to retail businesses and distrubtors.*
To gain access to our website, please complete the following instructions:
For existing customers, please skip to step # 3
1. Go to www.highshine.com
2. If you are a new customer, please fax us a copy of your retailers license and a list of credit
references to (626) 287-8395 and attention it to "Website Access", Allow 3-5 business days for us to review the information.
3. On the upper right hand corner, there should be a tab that says, "Sign in" , click it.
4. On the right hand side, it please click " Accept" on the terms and conditions.
5. Please fill out all the necessary information marked with the red asterisk *
6. Your email address will be your login ID, Please create your own password.
7. Click "Sign up" and allow 3-4 business days for your login ID and password to work.

How soon will the order ship? |
|
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.(Excluding weekends and holidays) Shipping is done primarily by UPS. Trucking and special shipping is also available upon inquiry.
**For Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 select, or same day shipping. We charge a $8.00 surcharge to your order**
Special notice on expedited service: Any expedited order received after 2:00pm PST, is not guaranteed to ship out the same day.

Freight & Terms |
|
Freight: All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless specified otherwise.
For orders over $100.00, freight is usually 10%~15% of how much you ordered. Exceptions are : Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Caribbean and International.
Large orders containg 6 cartons or more (Depending on weight and dimesons) will be considered for trucking services. The main trucking services that we generally use is RoadRunner Dawes. If you are interested in tracking your order that was shipped by trucking, please contact us 1-800-899-9318 and ask for the "PRO" number and we will provide that for you.
**Third Party Shipping**
We do accept third party shipping, if you have your own account with UPS, or Fedex, please provide your account number along with the order you would like sent to you. *Shipping 3rd party using Fedex will incur a $14.00 pick up fee.*

Missing items & damaged goods. |
|
Claims for items damaged or missing during transit must be filed with delivery carriers upon receiving of goods. Claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 7-10 business days after delivery. NO returns will be accepted without written or verbal authorization from High shine Inc.
For shipments delivered via UPS/USPS, please open the boxes right away and check for any missing or damaged items.
For shipments delivered via trucking, please count the number of boxes on the pallet(s). and make sure it matches the number that is shown on the receipt. Any missing boxes should be reported immediately to the driver and noted on the delivery receipt.
*Once the delivery receipt is signed by the customer, High Shine Inc is not responsible for any missing boxes that were not noted on the delivery receipt.

Returns |
|
Delivered High Shine Merchandise is only Eligible for return within 10 business days of delivery unless notified otherwise. All returns must be approved by High Shine Inc. Prior to return.
Returned merchandise is only to be prepaid and is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee is merchandise is in sellable condition. |

Do you do drop ships? |
|
Drop Ship Service is Available (2-3 business days ship time). A $6.00 surcharge will be applied for each specified location plus the actual freight cost.
Dropship surcharge is non-fundable after item has been shipped out.
-(Next Day, 2nd Day Air, Same day Shipping, etc) will require an addition charge of $8.00 per drop ship.)

International Dropships/orders: International dropships/orders can be provided, but the time for delivery may vary due to customs. All international dropships/orders are the sole responsiblity of the purchaser. High Shine is not responsible for the any losses or damages that occur for international dropships/orders.
DROP SHIP POLICY (Effective as of February 1st, 2010)
* Returns/Exchanges must be requested within 15 business days of the delivery date.
* All returns must include a vaild RMA#, and is only valid within 14 business days from the issued date.
*Returned packages with an invalid or expired RMA# will be discarded.
* Full refund of the item(s) will be issued if replacement is not available. Shipping cost/dropship surcharges are non-refundable.
*Any items which are not defective or damage will need to be returned under the cost of the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be applied.
**NOTE** If item(s) are received damaged, please contact us immediately at (800) 899-9318 for further assistance. All damage claims must be submitted within 7-10 business days (2 weeks) after the delivery date. Claims made after 7-10 business days will not be accepted. |

We at High Shine Inc. feel that it is important for our customers to be able to access our catalog wherever they are, and that is how the High Shine´s E-Catalog came to be.
In order to access the E-catalog, you will need to already be registered as a customer at Highshine.com
-If you wish to set up an online account either as a new customer or exisiting customer, please follow the steps located in the FAQ "How do I set up an account"
Once you have logged in as a customer, the E-Catalog link will be located at the left-hand side at the very top. From there, please follow the instructions listed.
Sharing and distribution of the E-Catalog link & Password is strictly prohibited and can result in being blocked from highshine.com all together.
For pricing information, please call us at 1-800-899-9318. Pricing information will NOT be release to people who are not existing customers.(No Exceptions)
We reserve the right to change/remove any images from the E-Catalog at anytime.

Why can't I see any items or images? |

Viewing of items and prices is reserved only for registered users of this website.
In order to become a registered user, please read the "How do I set up an account" portion of the FAQ page.
As a reminder, High Shine Inc is a wholesale company and are not permitted to sell to end users/private buyers. We are authorized only to sell to retail stores/distributors that provide us with a valid copy of their resale permit and credit references.
